front brake caliper rebuild kit

Hi guys and gals. Does anyone know where I can obtain front brake caliper rebuild kits for my 2.7td SWB. When I were a youngster (not that long ago) you used to be able to buy these and service the calipers yourself. All the motor factors round here are telling me that you can't get them and the best they can do is exchange calipers at £60 each.
Please tell me, my fellow forum types, that there's a solution, 'cause I'd hate to pay that much if I don't have to.

I've not heard of them Sarnie, although its not uncommon for the cylinder to corrode and stick, but this can usually be cleaned if you dismantle the bits carefully.....only had my garage do its not sure whats involved though, but it was very inexpensive compared to refurb or new calipers....!

@ £60 I think I'd go for the exchange calipers, they're going to be fully rebuilt and re-electro plated etc, wereas if you put a kit in its still going to cost you a few quid but leave you with scuzzy calipers.

Thanks for link terranosaurus. I've just spoken to them on the phone and the rebuild kits with new pistons is gonna be about £60 all in.
Think I might be taking your advice and and going the recon route.
