If it had a LR badge on the front it would be a hell of a lot more, but, would you get a hell of a lot more vehicle...I don't think so :augie

that's £3800 for a o2 plate . you can get a lot more over here for that money

52 plate a long the road from me on a forecourt.3k
It seems to me prices rocket and then drop at certain times of the year.a few months ago they were cheap as chips and seem to be fetching more money in summer than winter.
I would of thought the opposite.
My conclusion is.
People are generally not looking for a winter car with the terrano.
Summer is here, people go on holiday and have a good time and buy a caravan.
Then they realise they want a tow car.
Everyone doing any research on tow cars know the terrano is one of the best.
Hence prices rise in summer.

But yes prices where the poshows live in france. People can charge more:D

All cars are expensive over here in France. The French aren't interested in RHD cars or extremely rarely but some English sellers believe that they can ask over the odds prices for their RHD ones especially if they've gone down the road of having registered the vehicle in France, sometimes another ex-pat will pay just because they don't have the paperwork etc to do.It would probably cost around 400 euros to register one like this maybe more.

Far more, it cost me 560€ for the French headlamps,65€ for the control,240€ for the,Prefecture to change the rege, and another 28€ for the plates.Plus if you have to pay for the lamps fitting, its more like 1000€ by the time you are done!
Thats why I ant bothering with this one as its coming back with me this year:clap

Sounds easier to sell up over here and buy a fresh across in France. Red tape dont ya just love it:doh i wonder if its as costly or costly to register a car over here, we have loads of lhd around here running around on non uk plates.

It's still cheaper to buy in the UK , say if you bought a T2 for 1500£ and brought it over here and re registered it on French plates it would end up costing you about 2500£ all in. the equivalent LHD here would cost you around 4000£ +
That's why there are so many re rege RHD here!
