I am going to Change all the fluids in my Nav

What are the best or specific fluids for;

Clutch?
Gear box?
Transfer box?
Front open diff?
Rear LSD diff?

In my Patrol 4.2D I have always used Morris's Oil, in fact I use them for all my cars and motorcycles.

For the Mav Gear Box, Transfer Box and Front diff I would say go for the EP80W/90 here and for the rear LSD diff use the EXP 80W/90 here

If you haven't got a local supplier up there you can even buy online here

In the 25'ish years of motoring Morris's oils have never let me down

if you have a manual for your nav there should be a section with all the recommended fluids/lubricants which will give you the type and amount needed.might even be in the hand book you get with the motor if you have one.

Im afraid i dont have a manuel and I never seem to work out down loads.

give sniffer a pm he seems the sort to be well up on the specs of his nav.

TD25 Engine with oil filter: 7.2 ltrs 15W/40 API CD
Manual transmission gear oil: 5.1ltrs 75W/90 API GL-4
Transfer box: 2.2 ltrs 75W/90 API GL-4
Front diff: 1.3 ltrs 80w/90 API GL-5
Rear diff:2.8ltrs 80w/90 Gear Oil Hypoid LSD
Power steering oil: DEXRON IIE or DEXRON III
Brake and clutch fluid: DOT 3 or DOT 4

Thanks toolbox but the TD25 is the older engine, mine is YD25DDTi Im sure the other amounts shouldent be too far out but I know the Engine oil Capacity is less than 5l.

YD25DDTi: 4.3 ltrs API CF-4 for YD engine*

They also say the gearbox oil should be API GL-4, Viscosity SAE 75W-85 only, on the later model.
