Fishing question

Come on then, Dinky tells me a few or you are into a bit if fishing. So who is into fishing and what type of fishing are you into?

sea fishing, fly fishing, coarse fishing etc?

I like every sort of fishing but just have a massive lack of fishing time

I caught a Bass off of Canvey island using a jamacian roasted mussel bought from Sainsburys in southend as bait once

didnt catch anything else though

I love fishing of any sort except match fishing. Can't understand why folk would take such a pleasantly relaxing hobby and turn it into an intense competition. Defeats the whole point of it IMO.
I even dug myself a pond just so I could go fishing any time I like.
Then got attatched to the fish and became reluctant to catch them.
There are 5lb+ grass carp in my pond. I have only ever caught one of them and that was fly fishing, just to see if I could.

Mainly only get chance to go coarse fishing a few times a year and sea fishing when i'm away with the caravan or on holiday down Cornwall. I'd love to do more sea fishing but as I live on the Lancs / Yorks border there aint many places with salty water near me

I like all sorts , i am fishing mad , i mainly cut my cloth on the rivers mainly the wye and the taff .

Just a few to wet the appetite .

always thought i should try fishing as a way to relax you know? might have to look into it, my only problem is im soft and would feel bad about killing the fish...

lol, you dont kill fish unless your sea fishing or trout fishing and want to take some home to eat. everything else you put back :thumb2

I caught a coarse fish once.

It told me to "f*ck off"!

How coarse is that?

The top pic is a common carp , the 2nd pic down is a mixed bag of f1 carp , mirror carp and skimmer bream all under 2lb , the 3rd is a bream , the 4th is also a common carp ( not the same fish ) and the final pic is my pb barbel caught on the wye at 11lb 4oz .
