first time towing!

Well what can i say.... the truck towed my caravan really well, very pleased with it, was abit dubious about towing with an auto but with the O/D button, the knock down into gear 2 and 1 it was really effortless! 65mph no problem .... as some of you may know my rev gauge is not working! Well today it bounced into life i thought it was working as it was just sitting under 1000... took off and no! Just say there lol! Heres the rig.... looks like a big old scratch along the door but its not just the sunlight

They are so much better at towing than you can imagine. It's like they drive exactly the same solo, as fully loaded.

Not seen the thread on your Tacho, but just as an idea, has anyone "Worked" on it, e.g., changed the display at all. On our old T1, it was doing something similar, and it turned out the tip of the needle was bent over slightly and actually touching the back display. Your engine speed, when you hit a bump, set what revs the engine would sit at until the next bump.

Towed with Terrano for almost 20 years, mainly SWB. Had 1 minor blemish when I moved to a RAV4 (10 plate):doh serios snake on the M25 (brother in law towing about 200yds back reckoned I was using 3 lanes .
Back with the Terrano (02 plate) :thumbs:thumb2 :clap . Keep your shiny new I'm sticking with Terri (4).

Built to tow. Love to hitch our twin axle up and head off.

Few years ago well guess before nissan ceased building them green flag may day had a couple as loan motors so folks could compete their hols. Shows faith in design and their good value could tow any UK legal tourer.
