Well after getting all the welding finished i thought it was about time i got dirty. Did a bit of the lane over pepperbox hill, near salisbury. Didn't go far, about a mile, i was on my own and I am still on road tyres. Didn't want to get stuck first time out. Go a bit muddy so time to buy the AT's and try some more. great fun.

:lol The bugs got a hold of you now, it wont be long before you want a lift kit some 31's and a snorkel.....but take someone with you next time, or we will enjoy reading about you digging the truck out for 4 hours in one of your up and coming posts. :thumbs

The problem is I normally work Friday, Saturday & Sunday when the rest of you go out. Need to find someone else in the area thats off weekdays.

Wait out side the Dole office:lol
Welcome to the nut house.

You should try "Slindon" plenty of routes for a road going motor, and if you get stuck plenty of guys ready to winch/pull you out, every 4th Sunday of the month, £30 all day 10 am to 4 pm, always well muddy, Rick

There's a first some for everything mate:thumbs

Did you use 4x4 or low range at all?

Yes 4WD low range, needed it on a couple of bits. I would love to go to Slindon, the problem is I work Fri,Sat & Sun so need to use 12hrs holiday for a day off:(. Need something open midweek
