When i was looking at fitting my radio I found that the hazard circuit is not running at 12v, I believe its a signal voltage sent back to the ECU and as such may require the correct switch, that was as far as I got as the old setup was working and I was just investigating

you could try to just join the wires and see if that makes a difference

I just joined The black and green wires from the block that plugged into the nissan stereo through a switch and bingo hazard lights.

Alloys are 16", the towel rails will be available if they come off in one bit lol

I have a habit of being heavy handed and not much patience angle grinder may come out haha

If it's the ones over he lights you just take out the 4 screws on the light cover & off they come with the cover:augie the ones on the bumper will have 2-3 fixing points & should come off easily:augie

Yeah it's the ones on bumper been soaking bolts in wd to help free them some are a pain to get to when u have hands the size of dinner plates lol

T2 chris whats the update on this, did you find out what the cause was? with the hazards only working with lights off

No still not found out but found a hazard from early primera 15quid on ebay so will modify my panel to fit it in, also got sub to go in and vibe 6x9's for front doors, will be running new speaker wire straight from stereo using vibe flat wire. Let my audio be alive lol

the GREEN/RED WIRE to BLACK WIRE.:thumb2

I had the same problem, I joined the GREEN/RED to RED/BLUE via a switch, and they wouldn't work with the lights ON. Did as above and they worked!:clap

I used scotch-locks for ease.:augie

Sure thing mines an auto so sports, all tereain and winter, clever nissan made it so it can put itself into sport when u floor it

lol I wish I had read this before modding my panel haha not so happy with it now, the new switch went in slightly crooked and it irritates me :doh

I bought a black plastic chopping board for my dash/radio.:thumb2

Actually there was two in the pack, a small and a large one. The small one for the radio hole and the large one for the wife!:naughty:lol

Got them from house of Fraser.:thumbs
