Anybody know where we can get a big bore exhaust made up? Either s/s or orinary ?
I know there's a guy doing s/s systems for Landies but too far from me.

Just emailed him, he's in Welshpool, not far and in laneing zone too:thumbs

probably better off ringing.... its wales dont forget:rolleyes:

bet your liking the side exit exhaust

Ay:lol
Thunderbird 2 has his exhaust out the side now, but cant see any advantage on ours, though it does look good:cool:
Handy for blowing a bit of hot air along the pavement groupies:thumbs

Spoke to gwynlewis mob today and they reckon between 150 and 350 squid depending on :nenau So it seems likely for a manifold on system around the £300 in stainless and flexi join etc. So will survive all the biffs:thumbs
Will have details tomorrow as he's looking up the data for a price. Do you want one too as he seems open to cash deals:naughty

So unlike the Landy they had pictured, this would replace the whole system backwards from and including front downpipe, with a flexible section? Worth pricing up Powerflow too as they weren't far off that.....it were them that advised me not to bother on the T2 because the vibration would feck the welding....worth seeing what guarantee the bloke offers as my s/s welding skills are, whats the word, oh yes...non-existent....

Tyres/exhaust/tyres/exhaust...decisions decisions.....but power is beckoning...reckon its got to be the Dark Side....

Ay he be doing lots of landies and big piss off comp trucks with them there fiddle brakes and air lockers and this and that and and:confused:
Any way he was kind of sure the flexi bit were the key:thumbs
But yep I'll have details tomorrow:sly I like the dark side:naughty

That's the trouble, I've spoken to them before. It's about 6 hours away and then a day on the ramp then 6h back again:eek: Becomes a tad expensive in go juice and lost work:augie
Cheers anyway:cool:

Spoke to powerflow today and think I'm going there:thumbs
£340 takes about half a day and a huge choice of sound, pipe size, exit, ends etc:cool:
All life time g/tee and curves and that. Not all joined together preformed bends like gwynlewis. Gwynlewis very nice guy but needs the truck for 2 or 3 days:doh
So Newport it is:naughty

if your going to watch, get a few pics. or just after pics....

Zippy you're obsessed mate:sly
Your hard drive must be a bustin' at the seems:lol
I'll be keeping my beady eye on the proceedings for you all:thumbs
