Here's a little job I've done on my back end
The load bed was already extended when the floor was rebuilt, but I needed to cover my winch and electrics.
So I invested in a sheet of 12mm phenolic ply to cut up and fit as close as poss to my wobbly bits.

First bit as close to centre console as poss
The main section did take a bit of templating and a lot of in and out and in :lol
Next thing was to knock up some 1" box to support the front section. It's bolted to the floor and stops the front bit flappin' about.
The two parts are now piano hinged together and I've used rivnuts in the floor pan to locate the main section.
Tie down loops bolted in
Flat load area one minute
Offroad mode hinged up if needed. Obviously winch and electrics access
Not sure Meg's impressed but I like it
Next stage I'm going to make fixings for the hilift jack and my waffle boards.
Onwards
