Y60 trols will be coils regardless of engine. I think pre 89 they were leaf.
I'm going pick up, bobbed and yes located to chassis.
I think the full side thing is easier to make and allows the cross pieces to be closer to the shell/ screen and bonnet. Otherwise the minimum radius you can bend to makes it all quite far off the body line :thumbs
