Exhaust turn out can you help?

Hi everyone, :wink:

Im looking for a bit of help... if anyone can? :? i have a SWB Maverick 2.7tdi with a standard exhaust. Im looking to go away with my caravan in June and i am trying to acquire an exhaust turn out for the back as my van is white and i would really like it to stay that way! :lol:

I have tried to source a piece of 65mm pipe/tube i can bend (or already bent) to push that nice black soot away and to the floor /kerb. i have searched Flea-bay and its a negative :!: does anyone know where i can get one ready made :?: or can anyone sell me an old piece of tdi exhaust?

Am I right in thinking your after a chrome trim which will face downwards to stop the black deposits :roll: I've seen them on ebay a few time under the heading of 4x4 parts etc, you should be able to get one from halford or your local car parts place. IIRC formula 4x4 do them aswell :smile:

Hi try this, I have and it works. Take a bake bean can with one end removed, and the other the end opened nearly all the way with a tin opener, end just held on by a short peice of lid ,bend to deflect exhaust gases downward . Hold can on exhaust with jubilee clip,looks unsightly but I remove when not towing!! hope this makes sense, and it don't cost.
