That doesent sound right.

Perhaps you can snap some pictures of the system?

Do you have the flexi part or is a solid one installed?

In 10 years of T2 ownership, I have never had this problem, do you have the correct exhaust fitted :nenau

I just had this i fitted new exhaust center & rear about 7 months ago, but the new circular rubber mount for the center was almost perished (Poor quality ?) so i have used a long bolt with some old rubber bushes (rear drop links) see how this goes :nenau

Dare I say..........In.....

No...you know the rest.

Never had problems with any of mine either, rear one was a pig once, so I replaced the bolt but rubber still going strong.

I suggest you change your supplier...:augie

I wonder too, if there is a side shear force on it due to misalignment.
It should all fit together with only a few mm out of aligment Max..
You might need to consider an off set spacer or some extra bracketry to re align it.:thumb2

Edit..
Like Mav96 says, a length of all thread some rubber bushes, with penny washers so if they deteriorate, you still have mechanical strength.
You are only after some flexing, and the rubber helps to prevent noise into the cabin, so if it works...

Have you used these?
Oops didn't see the bit at the end, so they would replace both of the round mounts?
