That's the shop who I bought mine off. You will have no problems at all. They are actually called YES Yorkshire Exhaust Specialists but their EBay.shop is parts direct. It's a bigbig warehouse unit in Leeds.

Don't suppose they're open on Sunday mornings and do cheap fitting? I'm driving through Leeds on Sunday.

Going to get a local garage to have a quick look at lunchtime if I can - best way of making sure I'm getting the right bit!

If they can do it for a reasonable price to save me rolling in the snow, I'll take 'em up on it. If not, it looks like an online order coming up.

Centre section, guess there are gaskets between it and the front and rear sections and presumably rubber hangy thingies that will be as tired as me. :D

Bolts and clamps? might as well get all the bits so I'm not stuck with half an exhaust on a Thursday night, might sound a bit too sporty.

What part are you needing? Centre and tail? If it was me and I didn't want to roll around under the Terrano I would order everything I need and ask the local garage to fit. ATS wouldn't do this and the guy near to me was going on holiday so I did it!

Yes a gasket between front and centre, a uclamp on the centre/tail join. All my rubbers were ok apart from the very rear hanger which is still on and not doing anything. The exhaust bolts up onto the rubber hangers instead of those other stretchy type rubber mounts.

You can see the gasket and the rubbers. The bolts for the front centre join were not very good on mine, looked like they had been buzzed gunned too much. I got them from a local exhaust supplier.

Yeah, just realised that, although mine is a different setup being the older Mk1 LWB. Has an extra silencer on the rear piece too. Sadly it's one of the dearer ones plus a tenner postage!

There are 2 different tail pipes for the LWB. GDN591 as above has a thin straight exit.
GDN590 balloons out a bit just before the tip. They both will fit, just depends what you prefer. I don't know why they are like this and I have seen both types out and about, I think the fatter end looks better.
My tail looks like the one you have posted with the extra silencer it doesn't really look so pronounced..
Is that not for the SWB?

Nah, it's a GDN366 and GDN367 for the SWB, remember I'm looking at the older no intercooled model so the exhaust is a bit different, though I'm not really sure why!

Yep, centre section ordered up over phone, will be swearing and skinning knuckles on Thursday.

Had a look tonight, there's a hole on the top of the silencer big enough for a babies head! surprised I hadn't noticed it blowing before!

Its not that bad of a job really, everything is easy to get at, the prop gets in the way slightly. To get some decent leverage on the bolts I used one of those 1/2" inch extendable wheel wrench, and used my 1/2" sockets.

Yeah, I've started spraying Plusgas on the bolts everytime I park up, hopefully that and a two foot breaker bar will encourage them apart. If not an angle grinder is standing by.

Given the size of the hole, I'm amazed at how quiet the truck actually is - kind of see now why a straight through pipe is considered ok.

Plusgas Breaker bar Angle Grinder ... all right for some:augie

when the tail pipe seperated from the centre box it crashed and banged on the axle while driving, so I pulled it out. like that for about 6wks until I got the new one. Wasn't as loud as I thought it would be.

OK As the OP I'm just reporting back on this.

I ordered the Ebay item as linked on the first post.

It cost £26 and £11 delivery from Germany, came in less than a week.

I fitted it this morning, perfect fit very good quality. I would recommend them.
Unfortunately when I fired her up I could hear blowing, the front pipe is blowing on the flexijoint :doh

ATS want £122, I can order one from this seller in Germany for £40 delivered.

Please can someone advise on how difficult replacing the front pipe is?

See my thread on front Flexi pipe repair. It will probably be cracked on the weld just in front of the flexi. Get it early with the steel wrap before it completely separates and it will be fine.

Due to the likelyhood of having snapped manifold bolts and no way of me fixing it, i have decided to have this replaced at a garage.

Worst price £168

Best price quoted £77 - actual price on arrival £96 - haggled down to £90

Job done.
