So quick one,

Been mentioning for a while in traffic, when i take off (biting point) crawl a bit then press clutch back down into neutral or still in gear and take foot off gas i occasionally (most of time) get a real good wobble, its noticeable throughout the whole truck!

It's the same feeling as something misfiring and stalling (in terms of physical presence) no rev issues or running issues. And only happens if quickly on and quickly off gas (not high revs) mainly low revs quick blurb and off the gas.

And no not filter as we changed it today (made no difference)

If into neutral and let go of gear stick is shakes side to side quite a lot (more than a usual tractor engine)

mine does it, never bothered me and never given me any trouble

i get a slight rock on blipping if thats any use? not v8 style tho :(

Nah, this definatley isn't normal.

It's quite hard to describe. Might have to film it tomorrow.

Doesent usually happen if just revving it, although I got it to replicate it twice.

Don't get me wrong i know its agricultural but something is strange. Almost like too much fuel feeding in? Like the engine wanted to go but then I made it change its mind :nenau

Do you get it just by revving

Although I was still getting used to it im sure it was not like this??also the passengers that experience it are like  whats that

running on veg aint ya,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,go back to diesel,,,,,then back to veg ;)

it is that jungle juice you are feeding it try it on neat derv for a while, bet it gets better, Rick

Typical just put 40litres of veg in :doh

The thought did cross my mind that the veg is responsible, if so, I'd still love to know what the wobble is. I know the combustion of veg is quite a bit lower than diesel, this could be related. Also my leak off pipes are leaking quite a bit. I'm giving em a go tomorrow myself

do the leak off pipes (easy peasy job, remove intercooler and away ya go) veg is a thicker oil to burn so will cause the engine to rock.

just ease up on the mix this time of year, 40ltrs veg, 20ltrs derv, will go 50/50 and less in colder times. its a saving but not at any cost, keep your engine happy, some will run 95% all year round, most wont, get your engine balanced with what it wants to run at. or get a twin tank system?

I like the sound of this. :thumb2

So inter cooler 4 bolts, and 2 jubilee clips left and right. Anything else to remove? And inter cooler is still attached right? Or off all together?

Thanks buddy :thumb2

(And thanks rick for diagnostic too)

take ic off yes 4 bolts and 2 jubilee clips 1 each side, while you have the ic off check it for oil and give it a clean with some petrol or white spirits, leak off pipes are easy, simple pull old ones off and push new ones on

mine does the same,
its the engine saying too much veg, not enough derv

and then adjust veg oil to suit your engine, not other peoples :thumb2

exactly i run mine on a ratio of diesel i dont use petrol, in my old terrano i used to run 100% diesel all year but this one i wont for some reason, you just need to get the mix that is right for your truck

its still scarey to me usin veg.
a little at a time and don't jump in im thinkin.
but the little I did put in.
mrs j commented on how quiet the engine is. despite no exhaust, carpets, etc.
so the answer I would say is in moderation it benefits, but don't be greedy
