Let me have a look, they are all in the last page of the workshop download

.................

21, 34 and 94 are the only codes specific to injector problems

Cheers mate :thumb2

Dont forget this is a ZD30 and will differ in some ways, eg there is no needle lift sensor on No1 inj.

rayf3262 what does that mean, can I read the codes??, Rick says it sounds like an injector and I'm sure he's right, I'm looking at the price of these at the moment.

I have found this place on ebay, I take it that these will fit my engine as they state they fit the ZD30 engine, what do you guys think.

eBay item number:171247674958
Sorry, can't get the link

I was pointing out that was a assumption of a 2.7 and some of the codes will differ in interpretation on the ZD30.
Yes, you can still read the stored DTC's in exactly the same manner.

Just been to my mate at our local garage, he also said injector as Rick and others have said. He plugged in his reader and a code of
77-P7 Fuel injection timing control system came up.

The engine is running better than it was the other day, but still smoking, he said I could try injector cleaner and see if it cleared but wasn't hopeful.

Worth i try i guess.

I use it once a year, befor mot.

Been and got some injector cleaner, put it in a 3/4 full tank and started the engine.
Was still lumpy and smoking stinky white smoke, so took it for a spin, the eml came on and it smoked for a mile or so then the smoke slowly dwindled and the power came back on tap, went for a 4-5 mile drive and when I returned home... no smoking, no smelly exhaust fumes EML went out and Terry appears to be running as sweet as he used to do.

Fingers crossed it was a small blockage on an injector which has cleared ??
I must change my fuel filter as it's not been done for some years.
Thanks for all the input guys :thumb2:thumb2
