Enclosed 4x4 area

So basically, where I live, there is actually a 4x4 training site 30 second drive from my front door

I've never actually stepped foot in there but it's along side a restricted area of a gun club.

I'm basically wondering if people would fancy meeting up for a mud bath in a controlled area if I could speak with the owner.

I will post the website link so you can see a few pics. And I'll send you google maps so you get the idea. And yes obviously I've tried driving down the lane, there is an unmovable concrete block and locked gates
