I have seen something akin to this before.It's all about the earth's conductivity.
Not So convinced its the grass.
But since all natural things have a frequency,then i guess it's possible

It probably has a live feed, and he is just using the second probe from the neutral of the TV, to ground, thus completing the circuit.:nenau

Don't try this at home.

It will trip any earth leakage trips too.

Yep total bollyollocks, It could work if he has an underground cable that has bad leakage or as Rustic says he has the live connected and the earth is the neutral, but nothing is free, Rick
