Electrical ,Smoke from engine.

Hello all
A few days ago i had a new alternater and starter moter fitted also a new

batery and new heater plugs.After running my Nisson Mistral for A few miles i stopped,when

started again i had burning smoke coming from engine.After that it would not start.

Tha AA man said it was my soleniod thats gone.Any helpfull suggestions will be greatly

appreciated.

Take it back and get the starter changed as it sound like the solenoid has shorted inside.:thumb2

Definitely a warranty job if the solenoid is knackered :thumb2

if its any help , i have a spare starter complete with solenoid , just give me what i paid for it ( £55 ) and pay postage or collect and its yours :thumb2
