I have no idea how to do that, Martin, no idea! I have the original gasket i removed though, tell me how to do the measurements and ill send 'em!?

Send him the gasket mate, they are both the same as that gasket

yeah i could do, or drop it off, havent seen MArtin for a while, plus i could use that as an opportunity to give the Mav a good blasting, see how this egr work has affected it.

i could really do with sorting out the tyre at the back though, its gettign pretty low on rubber-think that was the LSD tbh, but i have changed the fluid now.

Have u looseened the other bolt off while you try to fit the other ?

yeah originally i did, but i could feel an obstruction, either the gasket, or the egr/exhaust werent quite aligned. I could stick a small screw driver through no problem, so its right at the edges of the bolt hole.

U got a mirror ? like an old wing mirror or shaving mirror, perhaps a piece of one lol as its so tight

Might be possible to get a look at the hole to see how its lining up ?

you can get a dentist kit with the little mirror at the pound shop, that might help or open the bolt holes up a mil each or so. i will make a few plates for you clive and you can give them away on here..

ah actually, i have a set of Electric Terrano mirrors (the folding ones), ill use one of them and a decent flood light, although how the heck i will orient all that in that tight space i dont know, should be fun!!!!
