Now I'm not talking American 'Dooms Day' Preppers or anything, but I do quite like to talk about EDC (Every Day Carry) and Preparation.

I'd imagine everybody who has some form of storage in their vehicle might have a little interest in Prep! :augie

I'm going to do a new line of videos on this subject, starting with the un-boxing of my new wallet I've just had shipped over from the States.

Hope you enjoy. :D

Haven't watched it all Jay as the sound is too low. If youre intending to make loads of vids, and I hope you are, get yourself a Mic.
I'm off to find my headphones:D

I'm going to watch some paint dry instead !

Not exactly "Ripping Yarns" is it ? lol

It seems to be a common problem with the GoPro... It creates a lot of background noise.

Because I've tried to cancel it out, it's affected the speech too! :doh

I think a Mic might be a plan!

I understand some record voice separately, on a phone or other device, and edit it onto the footage?

Yeah, I've heard of people doing that...

Also, I think you can plug a mic directly into the GoPro.

I'll have a look into it and try to up the quality of the videos! :thumbs

The problem connecting directly to gopro is when you're filming away from the camera. Like your lawn vid where your camera is up high. :thumb2

Now you're talking mate, I have a bug out bag in my truck, it's nit perfect but is ever evolving, the bag is a 511 with some others attatched via the moly, including a condor rip away pouch for first aid :thumb2 I shall watch the vid now :D

Turn it up! :lol

I think I will be doing more videos too... Ones that will include Bug Out Bags and such!

Multi tools are a good one to cover, I have one of these on my truck keys, http://www.gerber-store.co.uk/multi-tools-c2/gerber-dime-multi-tool-green-p78, small enough to have on the keys and comes in handy very often, the pliers are strong and they meet perfectly at the tips so I use then as tweezers too, very handy for pulling thorns out of the boy as I did yesterday :lol the scissors are superb too :thumb2

oh yeh, I've put my head phones in :lol

Everyone preps to some extent even if it's just taking a waterproof coat n case it rains.
Depends on the time of year but yeah I carry things such as boots and warm clothing. Currently my job entails driving around so I carry bits of food for lunch if needed and even a small jetboil to make a drink.
Some interesting takes on this subject on youtube. Not sure all the unboxing vids are as much use as a review of something though.

This is true... A review is better. But that will have to wait until I've used it in the real world for a bit longer!
