I know that 100% of the people can not be pleased 100% of the time, but with all these dates being kicked about and not remembering who can do what without reading the thread over and over... It's getting a bit mind numbing!

I'm not taking control of this by any means, but I'd appreciate it if you all could PM me the weekends you CAN do in March, April & May and I'll make a Visual Representation and post it on here so that we can see what date would please the most. :thumbs

Due to the distance we have to make a holiday out of it with the Laning at the beginning or end. We are governed by school holidays.

Right! Here goes, after crunching the numbers and letting Excel do its stuff the date with the most confirmed affirmative responses is 13th/14th April with a grand total of 5 who have confirmed, excluding my good self.

There's another 6 who've shown interest and it would be great to see them.
I'm off to check out the campsite next weekend and hopefully get to see some of the routes. Hopefully we should have a date confirmed and site confirmed by next weekend. :clap
