At one point I got a message when trying to log on that their server was down, but if I go through the change password bit it still does not accept my new password!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????????Rick

Have you tried a speed test on your broadband?
Mine is fine here but have a VM connection so it's pretty fast.

delete the cookies so it should accept you then.hope you have all your pass words though.
