East Surrey Green Laning

Hi All,

Its been a while since I have graced these boards so a big hello all round!

I'm setting up my News Years resolution to get out in my truck and discover some of the lanes here around Surrey/Kent/Sussex etc and was hoping someone might have some advice etc on where to start.

I am not that familier with the area (I live in CR8) but am ok with maps and a GPS. Done a fair whack of offroading mainly in Australia but nothing since I got back to the UK.

If anyone fancies sharing a few trade secrets about the area - please let me know

Hi slug32

don't think there are many to do round here, i tend to go to Salisbury plane with another group
As most laneing done by this club is up north three are a lot more lanes to choose from up there.
But would be happy to find some round here as long as there not scratchy ones,
I have toyed with the idea of travailing up to join in but realy waiting to they sort a day out when there is some snow to play in.
I am down at Oxted Kent/surrey border...

im often in sussex... could come along when im down if you find some tracks

is there one that runs along the south downs

Sorry not sure on that bit as I just had to swap over from the old wayfinder but TRS maybe able to help you or one of the other members with this
