Only get about 25mpg, mainly town stuff.

I would suggest that fuel consumption is pretty usual in town, and the fact that its "mainly town stuff" also means you are more likely to get problems with your DPF....sort of begs the question why have a 4x4 as a town car, you're doing it no favours at all running it like that?

Diesels need to be worked to get the best out of them......:thumb2

25mpg is crap really, although the T31 is now a fat bloated thing lumbered with comprimised ecu software for dpf / emissions reasons etc etc etc!

If you are going to keep it, and want to invest alittle in improving it, then after the warranty, definately go down the dpf delete and a _decent_ remap (NOT a tuning box) preferably on a live rolling road- although many struggle with auto's as you cannot hold it in a high gear under full throttle at low revs. You'll also need a 4x4 r-road.

You will be totally amazed at the difference.

I do a lot of hill walking at the weekends and I like to get off the beaten track a bit, that and I really like X-Trails.
