Hit the nail on the head Liam - I mean nobody ACTUALLY hates gingers do they for gods sake (well the missus can be a PITA sometimes but she makes up for it :naughty)...and all this kind of media tosh does is make sure all gingers get an extra dose of grief this week.

Mind you, with a face like a slapped arse she's more than her hair to worry about! :lol:lol:lol

Wouldn't think so. My friend told me one of his colleagues was kicked off a site recently. 130 acre site,surrounded by 6ft fence,no machinery ,buildings,workers near him. Just him,his laptop,his hi-vis jacket and steel toe cap boots. Along come health and safety and kick him off site for not wearing.....safety goggles and gloves. He works as a Telecoms Engineer.

We have to have a COSHH risk assesment for all chemicals carried on our company vans, even Mr muscle glass cleaner... I'm sorry but if you need to be told not to drink it or wash your eyes with that stuff how the kin'ell have you survived life long enough to be able to get a job, and which f'wit in HR thought it would be a good idea to employ such a tool???
These people are the reason the HSE exist, Fortunatley the process of natural selection means the number of tools we encounter is becoming less.
Unfortunatley the HSE keep rescuing a limited number of breading pairs of tools, thus ensuring the continuing need for the HSE - Job security..
So.. when the number of complete tools in the work place drops off due to nature doing it's best, Mr HSE has to pick on Mr average with his commonsense and due dilligence for not wearing gloves and goggles when operating a laptop in a field!!!!!!

i suppose this issue all depends on whether you have ginger hair or not? if you have and you are offended then i suppose you have as much right ot be defended against it as anyone else?

my dad had ginger hair, and i have ared headed sister and daughter, so i must carry the ginger gene!!
