power box

YES, good read
I had power box fitted at a BMW garage,went in for air con re gasing. The owner said he add just fitted a power box on is brother in laws nissan T2. He said what a difference it made, more power in the rev range. No flat spots its not sold as a fuel saving device. £350 fitted. mine had to be solderd in place some do just plug in under seat.

After having a look under the bonnet of my T2 today it looks as if you can't fit a dump valve as the pipe from the turbo to the intercooler just is'nt long enough :roll: Am I right in thinking that the T2 does'nt have one fitted from the factory like other turbo charged motors :?

Thats right, no dump valve on a T2.

The effect of a plug in on the 2.7 is good, OK, performance with a 2.7 4x4 isn't going to be earth moving, but it makes our vehicles much,much nicer to drive.

Just bought a 2nd hand pbox, from a company in Austria (expensive new), got it for £100 posted, i hope it is worth it. It is for a dci sport x-trail, and supposed to increase power to 163 bhp from 136

Didnt want to risk loosing it, as it was up for £40 starting bid and £10 postage, k&n should be here next week too :lol:
