Where do you get it from?
Was that running on pure diesel, or diesel/veg mix?

I'm running on pure diesel - I have no idea where you can buy it, a mate of mine gets it from his mate who is an instrument tech in the oil refinery. Its a clear liquid which smells very strongly of diesel and if you get so much as a nats p1$$ on your hands it smells for hours despite washing your hands.

This is starting to sound a lot like a 2-EHN or Ethyl-Hexyl Nitrate, it's a Cetane improver for pump diesel and BioDiesel, Goat Industries used to sell it under the name Veggi-Boost, Improves cold starting on veg and reduces Diesel knock, the Terrano and Maverick accelerated really well with it in any fuel I used, would do 500:1 with Bio/Veg and 1000:1 with Diesel, really really good stuff, only reason I stopped buying it was because Paddy couldn't source it anymore :(

Might start using it again, still a little dearer on eBay than I was getting it for and a lot of it not as pure, I was using 99.97% :naughty

strikes me acetone is just as good and readily available, Rick

Don't think you can use that on the road and if you do I'm sure you have to declare it and pay duty on it such as you would after your 2500 litres a year vegetable oil personal allowance.

I'll try and find the link on Vegetable Oil Diesel, Panelbeater will be able top confirm this I should think
