If not then it's more like a physical issue eg air being sucked in via corroded fuel lines possibly
So do as suggested and put some clear lines on the filter housing to start with etc

There'd have been a code for that too. About 125 quid I seem to recall for one of those. Plus labour ofcourse.

yeah he said 140 for the part including vat then and hours labour, I was going to get the injector and do it myself but he still wanted an hours labour so figured it would be just as cheap to let him do it

Seems fair enough to me especially as you need a special socket for the job or butcher one of your own. An hour's labour is a good rate for that job I reckon:thumb2
