Diesel leak. help required

right lads what size of diameter pipe do i need? will be doing this repair tomorrow morning, do i need 8 clips or more? and will 1meter of pipe do the lot?

Just standard leak off pipe mate, think it's 7mm, usually cotton braided outer, I posted a link a few posts back for the clamps that you want, they are the best in the business :naughty

Right lads i have replaced the three sections of leak off pipe between the injectors but the length that goes from the front of the engine so first injector that goes down through the first split in the inlet was also split but i could not for trying see where this actually goes so just cut a clean end on the old pipe and re fitted but where would this pipe go when under the inlet? theres so many feking wires and stuff in the way grrrr

2 out of the three pipes had tiny cracks in them and were leaking so might help explain why my mpgs been getting worse haha

it joins onto the main return pipe from the pump back to the tank, if you pull the rad top up bottle out of the way you can see it easier, Rick
