Good. Are they sitting between the bonnet and front panel?
And you've a side light out:augie

yeah, they sit on the top of the grill just sweet:thumb2
i spotted the side light on the photo too:doh
a quick tap and it was sorted..:clap

Cheers mate, did you get back ok n get your suspension sorted:nenau

Got the idler arm from Shropshire on the way back, fitted it as soon as I got home and it took away a lot of the play and stopped the tyres screeching, there is a hell of a lot of play in the ball joints now though on the centre steering bar but should all be sorted soon, just sourced the last pitman arm I needed to get them strngthened

It's shredded my tyre through, the outside is just about legal now :doh

Nice modern looking DTRL's !

They look cool are you going to wire them in as DTRL's or are you happy with them as an extra side light ?

When I wired mine on the Beamer I used this relay to comply with UK legislation for MoT etc.

The relay needs a feed from dip beam to switch off the DTRL's when driving at night you can of course not bother with this connection or put a switch in the circuit. The clever bit is you have to take a live feed from the ignition and the relay must be voltage sensitive as will not illuminate unless the engine is running.
I used a feed on the auxilliary side of the ignition circuit for this.

There are cheaper similar items on flea bay but I decided to use this one in the hope it is better made the wiring diagram is shown with the item.

Can you park within the lines of the bay please.............. It causes problems for other road users  :lol

:roflol: good point :lol:thumb2

It doesn't play well with other road users:rolleyes:
if you can't paint the lines far enough away from the kerb that is your problem.
Parking on the pathway is and offence :augie
Being too fat is a modern day problem and I will call it "Victimisation"
If you have any further problems please see Mr Cooper STT and he will re-inforce the amount of F"cks I do not give about your silly white lines:naughty

PS the rant is directed at the council not you Pete..

No mate, not at all. I haven't even given any thought to it :thumb2 :)

:thumb2

The council do not like me as they had to change all of the parking bay markings in the town after an argument witg me about a parking ticket.

After that I took them to the traffic penalty tribunal and had a further two tickets cancelled that must have cost them a fortune to contest.

I was in the top three of a council list of troublesome constituents :D

Is there really a list?

Is there really a list?

Oh yes, the Chap next door works for the council and he told me that we were on it:thumb2

At least when I ring the parking office for a new permit and tell them my name they call me Sir and put me straight through to an adult:augie
