Dashboard and interior bulbs

hey chaps.

had most of the dash apart today sorting a different issue out, decided time to fix the faulty bulbs. I removed some, and they are tiny twist in bulbs. Can the actual bulb inside the holder be replaced? I ask because I removed the bulb from the ashtray, and thats much the same. Where can I get them from?

I got mine from Halfords to fix my clock lamp, the glass bit pulls out, the wattage is printed on glass, I got a spare from local car spares place same ptrice 99p Lucal ID on box says LLB286 12V CAPLESS look here

I did ask on here for some but no-one replied , it doesn't matter now as I'm going to take the ones out of the stuff that doesn't work (MIL, Rev counter) and put them where I need them,- in the speedo mostly ! Where can I get some LED ones ?

I had a set from Darwin and spent many hours with the bloody things:doh Some fitted some didn't some worked some didn't and those that did fell out the first time I went off road with them
So gave up and replaced with new blubs and all is well again
Briggie and 96terrano have you got a pic of the ones you used ? Ta

I'll find a pic, I had the same problem with some workin some are not had to get a second set lol, I took the glass bulbs out the twist housings and put LEDs in

What wattage LED equates to the tungsten equivilent?

ordered myself a set of standard bulbs from ebay. Right now with all my car troubles, I dont want to be arsing about with LED bulbs thatmight stop working!
