Hi,
I have tried to remove the dash by removing thr three screws in the roof of the dash, the two at the very bottom of the the cover under the stearing wheel and the screw ou the side by the door with a plastic cover over it but the dash is still held somehow on the left hand side half way up, any ideas please. I have the dreaded instrument problem (electric spedo and tacho with center digital clock & mileometer) where everything stops working, I can usually make it work by removing the instrument fuse and then reinserting it but sometimes that doesn't work so I need to look at the soldered jounts on the panal

Bryn if its the same as the 2.7, most of the l/h side of the LOWER panel clips in place but its held on to the upper panel by at least one visible screw that might be holding it back....you need to gently pop the l/h side of that lower panel then look for the screw at the top......I think there might be one screw at the very bottom left of that lower panel as well, but just check.

Got it off but broke some clips

Thanks

join the club....they're little buggers but there are lots of them, centre console uses them as well....worth trying to source some I suspect. I'll have a tootle around the bay....
