Cv Joints Q

I was making an order for a pair of front cv joints and they had a choice available for the tdi r20
Teeth - inside 27 ext 28 or inside 27 external 32
I haven't taken off the old cv joint yet.

Any ideas which? besides toss a coin

Damn it just thrown my old ones in the scrap :doh Try taking the auto hub off and count the splines :augie

Try taking the auto hub off and count the splines

That's what I ended up doing and the average count was 28.
I plunged for ordering the 28 splined cv joint.
