Do any model Terrano come with cruise control as standard.Changing mine for newer model so looking at T2 or Xtrail

Hi Dinky:D I think some of the later poss the 3L T2's had the cruise cotrol fitted but it'll have been on the higher spec ones SE+

I dont think any of the t2's had Cruise. i had a 04 se+ that didn't and there was no option.

I bought my existing one second hand and it has a aftermarket fitted.

I love it.

Hi Ian we talked about this a while ago, but i cant find the link in my fav now

Hi Dinky

I did some on line research a short while back when I was considering chopping my T2 in. I found only one Teranno, a late model 3ltre I believe, with cruise control. That was out of about a dozen post-2003 (?) models. The advert, I think it was on Auto Trader, didn't say whether it was an optional extra or after market add on. Whatever - they are a rare beast but they are out there, if you're willing to wait. Keep the thread going, I'd be interested if you find one as I'm still loosely considering upgrading, but not this year.

Regards CL

Paul your in the wrong country! I had cruise on my previous T2 fitted by Conrad Anderson of Birmingham....think it came in around £395 inc fitting but it makes an incredible difference on those endless autoroutes believe me....worth every penny!

I bought the Gold cruise setup but they do a self-fit budget version for £50-60 I think that is a bit less versatile but still does the job...

Check them out here - I would recommend their services and product; its been in the old T2 for most of its 160,000 miles and never gone wrong in any way.

Just in the process of ripping it out of the old T2 (the wife has it now for charging around the forest with the dogs) to reinstall in my newer motor. Can't stress enough how it completely does away with that dead right foot and back strain on a long journey!

Paul

sounds like the same kit i have on mine.
the cable broke i contacted them and they sent me a new one for about £10 great service.

It does make all the difference.
