I feel stupid posting this because I’d hope that everyone who knows me knows this anyway, but just in case... I also understand that reaching out when you feel a burden and like you don’t deserve to exist is hard to do. Reach out to your friends guys

This is a reminder to ANYONE that my house is a safe zone. Kettle can be on in minutes, or if you prefer something stronger, that can be arranged. I will always be available. Text me, ring me, anything. I will be there. I can be a shoulder to cry on, or an ear to listen. Nothing worse than being alone and depressed 🖤💔

Well done Zippy, thats what makes this a family, not just a forum.....:thumb2 :bow

There are few of us on here that have spoken about our problems, and they have always been listened to, and sensibly and warmly answered....long may it last.....

Depression is something I can honestly say I've not really ever had. My Fiancee has suffered in the past, she says there is totally zero help from the medical profession, all they wanna do is throw tablets at you & get you out the door
There's a lass where I work who has panic attacks, the Dr prescribed Diazepam. They make her feel lousy for a while after she takes them. I suggested she tries some CBD oil that I take for my back. It treats many medical conditions to include depression, sleep disorders, pain & anxiety to name a few.
I bought her some when I purchased mine & she swears by it, absolutely no side affects & it calms her down much quicker.
It isn't cheap, but it works & if it makes you feel better without the other problems associated with prescribed drugs, it's gotta be a good thing :thumb2

I've had my own issues.

But sorted now 😁

Saw this an thought it summed us lot up to a T

Mate, reading that has given me a lift, well done and good on ya fella :bow I've been through some bloody thick fog and dark places and I know the importance of not feeling like you're on your own, thats not an easy feeling to achive sometimes but stuff like that makes it easier :thumb2:thumb2
