Coil over questions

Latest mod I'm fiddling with should get me even more of an all rounder AND be even better off road.:sly
I'm trying to fit small coil over shocks instead of the torsion bar setup:augie
Theory says I can change bump and recoil rates easily and so get some good on road style but loosen off big time for in the ruff:naughty
Does anyone have any idea how I can convert the torsion bar spring rate in Nm to a basic spring rate in pounds??

Conversion

10 Nm = 7.375 Ib ft
10 Ib ft = 13.5581 Nm
