Hi everyone. Hope the price of diesel isn't getting anyone down !

I am toying with the idea of obtaining something to connect to the 14 pin grey OBD socket in order to read codes easily.

I don't have any indicated problems but perhaps there is something which could store readings of past faults , or current maladjustments etc. ready to be plugged into a PC ( I don't have a laptop)

The workshop download using paper clip is a great scheme but my hand (un)steadiness is a bit of a drawback------OK , OK :augie---- haven't had a drink for some months :clap but father time is creeping around.

There doesn't seem to be many gadgets on the market for the 14 pin connectors and the professional gear is way too expensive.
Any advice or recommendations would be welcome. Regards; Chaster.

I dont know where to get them from but the guy who did my codes had an adaptor for the 14 pin plug:augie
Might be worth a search on google
