Looked at a T 2 for sale in a nissan dealership No MOT exhaust blowing ,

clutch had like two position, Like a gap at the top.stopped then moved again 3in

£3550 03 plate 57,000 offer £3,200 if MOT, SAID NO they could be a lot to do. I will not buy with out MOT

I'd get an earlier one next time anyway like a 97-98, stronger axles, better build quality from what I've seen

Why not ask them to put through a reputable MOT tester and show you the fail sheet, then negotiate if your still intereseted an MOT is cheap its the remedial work thats expensive.

You can check previous MOT's back to 2005 online now: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/motoring/owningavehicle/mot/dg_10020539

This will tell you if it failed the last MOT for a particular reason or if it hasn't got one because it expired.

Thats 2 expensive check this out its Fantastic, reliable, will tow anything mind you im not sure how he knows the towbar isnt even fitted :lol

Agree the more I look might keep my 97/98

I have a T2 97/98 I have owened 7 years needs only inner wings welding and new wings

Its a touring se so its got everthing on it and all works even air con its got 150,000 on clock but sounds better than some with 60,000
