Ok right, got my slave and new hose fitted at work today. The old hose wasn't visibly leaking but was quite badly cracked with age. The pedal already feels better, will test tonight on the way home :thumb2

If we get time we are gonna have a look at fitting the little spacer bigbunny so kindly made and posted :D

haha, get your head up the foot well looking at the clutch pedal you will see the clutch slave cylinder rod coming out the bulk head and connecting to the pedal it has the pin holding them together and a R clip holding that pin in place. pull the R clip and then remove pin. Once pins out pull down the fork and remove the little white bush, it will only come out one way as its a top hat shape. Tap new bush in the hole in the pedal. You might need to just tweek the fork open to fit over the bush. slide pin back through and refit the R clip. Job done :thumb2
Failing that have a ride up north to the Yorkshire club meet on the 1st of May and ill do it for you :lol

Mine wont have this part as me n rick did a makeshift part a while back.

Ok that just makes sense, the master but it connects to has the rubber seal on bulk head right? Follow that rod closer to the pedal where it joins with the pedal itself

yeah, your on it :thumb2
To get the R clip out use a screwdriver to lever it out if its stiff.
I look forward to your post saying its all fitted :D

Word for word, bigbunnys description and procedure is spot on.
I didn't get a chance to take a photo today:nenau, got carried away when I stuck my head under the van and ended up doing an oil change.
