Hi guys not been on here for a while but am back now with a problem with the clutch I seem to of run out of clutch fluid !!

I must admit the junction box thing that feeds the clutch slave cylinder looked a little damp the time I was under there by I just left it oops !!

I now have to address it because there is about 2-3" of travel before the clutch does anything

I'm guessing that the flexi pipe is shot but I've not been under the truck coz of this poxy weather been snowing again today

I've read that you bin one of the parts but I can't remember what it exactly looks like under there.

From memory there is the feed from the clutch master cylinder into a box thingy then another pipe that goes to the back and another pipe that feeds the slave cylinder ?

My question is what can I bin ?

Can I get a pipe that connects to the original pipe from the clutch master cylinder then fits directly to the slave cylinder thus getting shot of the box thingy ?

Also how do I bleed the clutch any special tips or tricks ?

Lastly has anyone got any pics to freshen my mind without having to get under there

Paul

There's a clutch damper pipe that goes to the back, its prolly leaking, its pointless, get rid

Hi, it will be either the flexi pipe that is perished or the damper pipe that runs from the bulk head end to the rear axle that has corroded.

I replaced the flexi and removed the damper pipe and blocked it off....job done

.

Can I just get rid of the box thing altogether ?

Just get a pipe made up that fits from where the connection would come into the box that goes straight to the slave cylinder ?

yes u can i replaced mine with a brake flexi pipe as it was the same fitting
