The bird inside a bird is fantastc a lot of work so best shared with good friends to make it worth while. :wink: :smile: There is a lot of meat.

im no gordon ramsey... well i can swear but dont cook and im far less sid james looking than him... but i would have thought cooking a bird in a bird . surely that would just steam the inside bird.... or is that the idea
 
Trust me on this extreme it does work just takes time :wink:

I have done it with 4 birds you layer each bird with stuffing :smile:

Each bird is boned out so when you come to carve it you can just slice through :smile:

well i hope you will be doing something along those lines during the summer holidays , some of us could camp in your feild and show the kids some animals... any tracks your way

i recon zippy is well keen to visit

hi the firm i work for are gving us a turkey apiece for christmas ,wont get it till christmas eve.hope it fits in the oven :roll:
This will be drandaughters first christmas 1 on 14th January.
they only liive 3 streets away so will be banging on front door christmas day so i suppose we had better feed them. or they will only look through the window
bah humbug.
