Never heard of the make of tyre they are promoting (and most of them seem to be out of stock or available to special order anyway), but then I had never heard of the tyres I have on my T2 (Nankang - made in Vietnam, not exactly the tyre manufacturing centre of the world!) I had them fitted June 2009, drove the car to southern Spain where they have now covered around 7000 miles without any obvious signs of wear, in spite of being used 50% of the time on mountain tracks which are as close to off-roading as you will get. The cost? £48 each including fitting, valve, balance and VAT.

I have Maxxis Bravo tyres on my truck, it was a brand new set of 4 when i bought the truck last january.
I have found them ok in dry conditions but recently in the wet weather i have found them to be a bit on the slippy side and have had the back end go out on me on a couple of occassions.
Can anyone recommend me a good all round tyre suitable for all weather conditions.
I am looking for road tyres only size 265/70/16

cool, I may have to get some of them for mine :D

Not a problem but it would be better to find a back street garage to wake em on for a score as ya'd spend alot on fuel getting to me :augie :lol

AH... didnt think of that

my local place popes them on for £15 each..

 unreal

My local garages (not tyre services only) will happily do £5 per tyre :D

I would recommend getting in touch with Pete Ambler ( he's on face book ) Spondon Tyres Derbyshire. I got 4 256 75 16 Insa turbo Traction Track tyres for£65 each supply but got hem fitted for£20 cash on sunday morning at Kwik Fit when the Boss was in bed!!
