you need to be aware that you cannot use am in this country ( legally )

however , if you want probably the best cb radio ever made ..... mine may be up for sale shortly ( if you can afford it :sly ) .... due to my impending " project "

and just how much does sir want for this little setup?

the radio has been checked and is bang on frequency .... it also has a 10kc shift fitted , and a variable power control ( up to 12 watts )...... also has had new s meter fitted

this is a stalker 9 fdx .... although mine is slightly different , mine does not have the " stealth plate " that is shown on there , mine has the original plate . ie .... fm/am/usb/lsb ... also the nb switch ishttp://www.cbtricks.com/radios/teaberry/stalker_ix_fdx/index.htm a 10 kc shift.... and it has a variable power switch on the back

for general green laning a stalker 9fdx is a bit much. Although would be handy if you want to work some DX on the move. ;)

I'm skint and want to spend what money I have on a snorkel. I also have my icom 706 mkII for 11m SSB.

Are you lot on drugs or talking dirty? I've no idea what all this Bx on the side stringer mountain is about :doh:eek:

you can get everything u need for a snorkel from b&q cheap as chips and build ya own

Yes But I want it to look ok. Also be strong enough. I bought the scoop and southdown wing moulding.

But I think I will do it like venture did on his. Instead of metal tube I will use pressure rated PVC.
