Just got back from a weekend away in our van, very relaxing.
I noticed the mesh blinds on the front windows and the sunroof were getting little blobs of mould/mildew, so I removed them, then de tensioned the rollers.
I was then able to spray on mould/mildew remover and gave them a gentle scrub, followed by a showering off.
Now we have nice bright clean blinds again... mind they have not been cleaned in the 7 years we have had the van and they have only really started to show badly this year.
Sorry for the high jack Plank :thumb2

Has anyone used CT-1 construction adhesive...Awesome stuff..
The clear does dry clear, not opaque.
:nenau

cheers Zippy, the next fun part will be taking the window out :doh

Just by the supports for the window there is a small hole. Poke in there and the support will slide up.

Window should lift out. two people

Fun will be getting in back. Get some silicone spray will help.

I'm stuck, it's the front middle one, I have undone all the stays and lifted it right up so it points to the sky and it will not budge? do i have to unscrew the hinge rail? It appears to be continuous so that means taking out all three windows!

Yes all 3 then

Remove outer two

The will lift out

Remove hinge bar

CLEAN

Youll need new tape seal

Hang centre window

Two people

One to hold as other screws rail back using same holes and screws
