I would imagine that would be fine for most if not all British weather, 25°c below ambient temp sounds good, I think that is where a lot of them fall, some only cool 15° below.

i have the electrolux one 3 way.has not got in built gas holder but they work very well.even makes ice cubes.

Cheers.
I like the idea of the canisters as it give a back source of power and makes it a little more portable.

Sounds good but previous experience of 3 way coolers is that it will eat battery power. Should be fine with engine running etc.

We have just bought a Mobicool FR-35, 240/24/12v fridge freezer during the Amazon Prime day. It has a compressor, rather than using the heat method, and I am very impressed. It goes down to minus 12c, and ran for 60hours on a defunct 75A/H scooter battery.

I took the plunge on bought one of these, as recommended. It is currently keeping the beers at 3 degrees next to the sofa. And if all it ever does is keep beer cool next to the sofa, I won't be unhappy as I have seen more expensive coffee tables.

Even on the hottest days over the summer, it still kept the Ferret food frozen in the awning, I have been well impressed with it... by the way, if you plug it into the mains and 12v, if the mains goes off, it switches automatically over to the 12v, that was very handy when we were away.

The problem with gas is taking it on the road and needing to be kept flat, I think. This will be fine in the truck, it's bloody quiet too.
