As above, since lifting my car it seems that my front wheels poke inwards slightly, I'm very happy with the height of my car at the moment and don't really want to drop it back down :(

Can the camber be adjusted or do I have to drop it back down?

Mine does the same not much its just noticeable.Adding shims or something ive read somewhere but someone with more experince than me should be able to help.Id be very intrested in the solution.

Cheers Gav

Oh yes wheres the pics of your lifted truck Banshee:thumb2

Cheers Gav

Yerp, if you have positive camber , reduce the shims :thumbs

Yeh it's not good for tyre wear :eek: It's all in the manual but in short the top arm is spaced off the chassis with shim washers of various thicknesses.
Take them out according to the angle of camber you have. ie each degree = some shim thickness. Checkout the manual for details :thumbs

If u lift you will get neg camber not positive on a Terrano

You'll need to shim out the top 2 bolts that hold the arm to the chassis

I have added 2mm all round, going to add another 2mm tho

You should not exceed 5mm overall on stock bolts

The reason u get neg on a Terrano is because the top arm is shorter and as it goes up it pulls the top of the wheel in

Where can I get some shims from of that size?
I'm not lazy I just tend to look and always find the wrong thing lol

Show us a pic of the front of the truck. If you have pos camber , shims come out. If neg then sure shims go in :augie
If the top of the wheel sticks out more than the bottom then you have pos camber :rolleyes:

I'll go and take some pics now of the front and some from the side as well for Lincs Mav as I haven't posted any up since lifting it, it's a bit riffy at the moment though

Right so here are some pics of the truck with the front lifted;

Here's some pics from the front, it's not really evident from the pics and doesn't look that bad there but looks really silly on very flat ground, the tops of the tyres point outwards and the bottom of the tyres point inwards;
