I'm sure someone posted a link to the repair kits before and new bolts but I can't seem to find it, does anyone know where I can get them?

Mine is a 96' 2.7TDi non ABS (did any come with ABS?)

The truck seems to pull to the right when braking, I think my original calliper bolts are seized, I want to replace these before I start to get bias brake pad wear

Thankies

I had the same problem on my '94 - because I have no workshop facilities where the car is in Spain I took it to a local garage. They knocked out the slider pins, cleaned them off and refitted them, both sides.
Charged me an hours labour (€40) which I thought was pretty reasonable (and saved me a lot of aggro!)

That's not to bad at all mate!!!!

I'll have a crack at mine myself :) my driveway is my workshop ;)

I'd rather put new slider bolts and boots in, file out the holes and grease it all up :) not in that order of course

I got mine on here http://brakepartssuperstore.org.uk/contents/en-uk/d9475.html I hope this helps ?

Very nice find mate :)

Now how do I know which ones I need without removing?

I will tell you the same as some one told me you don't. so what I done was brought the seal kit and got the pin out and cleaned them with emery paper then refitted with new seals and grease

are you looking for the slider bolts . they come in a kit for the BRAKE CALIPER . it says 1 SEAL KIT FOR 1 BRAKE CALIPER . the number is BCK4325

BCK4325 is just a seal kit :nenau
I'm after the bolts and the boots etc

I have found length differences but not diameter, be careful you do not use the wrong ones, if in doubt get the longer and if yours are the shorter just cut them to the length of your originals, Rick

£6.90 each though :O I think I might try and service the old ones first

If you can get em out you have no problem, it is when they snap off and you have to drill them out that you have no choice but new ones, Rick

I just cleaned up my old ones.one was stuck solid but it came out with the mole grips and a bit of wd40.
Got some emery paper things for the drill and cleaned out the holes with them.
A bit of grease and job done.
