Well managed to have a good look over the maverick and overall not to bad seeing its a 1995.However noticed that one front and rear drop link rubbers are shot so doing them. What id like to know can you get the 2 roll bar bushes on there own(the ones in the middle D shape one)or get as a kit. Also noticed that the lower wishbone to chassis ones(compression rod its called in the manual) are badly spit.I see milners do various ones but unsure which one of them if any are the rite ones.

i got one of these and did the wwhole lot, ended up replacing drop links at same time

i'd use them ones, the ones that come with the arm are rubber and perrish quicker

Thanks for the tip on that m8.Ill order them monday from milner .Just need to find out which ones i need for the compression rod now

handy tip, when changin drop links and bushes just take the roll bar off to do it, makes the job a lot easier for tightening the new drop links to the bar, i did mine in less than an hour that way

That kit comes with the droplink bishes as well obviously, so you keep the rubber ones as spares. You'll almost certainly find your droplinks are knackered as well so false economy not to swap them out at the same time.

Its a dead easy job, worst case you might need a small grinder to get the bolts off the roll bar as they usually seize. And as Ricoh says its far easier if you make sure that you unbolt the actual ARB from the chassis FIRST and bolt it back on LAST - makes it much easier to locate things.
