Bumper question

guys, ive been trying to get my front bumper a bit straighter - clearly its had some scrapes. I have refitted it so the gaps are more or less correct, but ive noticed that the plastic bumper is still a bit loose, despite being very tight at all four bolts.

How is the plastic part of the bumper fitted to the metal bar, and is this fixable? I think that's my issue now, rather than the way it is mounted to the chassis.

any clues?

Mine was the same until last week. There are 4 plastic clips that go though the top of the plastic bumper and into the bumper carrier.

I bought these and they did the job fine:

The parts book actually shows 8 clips - 4 top and 4 bottom but I can't find any holes for the bottom ones.

I suspect ill find my clips snapped or something. Ordered those from the link and should be here Friday in time for the weekend!
