I'm thinking about the engine now and how to get a bit more power out of the ZD30. Anyone else done a chip tune at one of these places like Quantum Tuning or Superchips? Is it worth it?

P.S. I found some mud this morning, I'll have a play around and take some muddy pics later

Get rid of the silencers on the exhaust and let the engine breathe :thumbs Won't be much noisier as the turbo muffles a lot of the noise but the Trol will get a bit more oomph (mine did at least!)

Removing the wiring for the trailer connector thingy. Where does the whole cable come from under the truck? I'm on muddy ground at the moment so I cant be arsed crawling underneath the beast and getting my arse wet! The reason I need to do this is because I may have a short somewhere along the length or just at the plugs end, my tail lights and dash lights have been popping the teeny weeny 10A fuse and the trailer wiring is the usual cause. As I no longer have the trailer hitch on the truck (for better exit angle) All I did was tuck the plugs up under and cable tie them there!

Almost got the truck stuck today. It was fun bunging all the diff locks and 4x4 on then powering through, finally got some mud on the roof! May have a wee vid of that later

By the way, those Fedima's really chuck the mud out. By the time I got back to the office the tyres were clean, ready for more mud slingin action!

That sort of terrain/ground is so slippy, if that was deep mud you would have driven straight through with no diff lick needed, but man that stuff is slippy

Head unit change! The android one which I thought was going to be brilliant turned out to be a shonkey peice of shit! The screen stopped working so I have replaced it with a nice Pioneer one (Which isnt playing bluetooth audio for some reason!) But it looks nicer anyway..

It looks soo much nicer, and I get my air vents back!

Next item for the truck will be a CB. I'm thinking of scooping the electric compass/thermometer out of the sunroof control panel and bunging a small unit in there. Anyone have a better idea?
